Rental Information
Everything you need to know before booking your day on Lake Havasu.
Minimum Driver Age
The primary operator must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license.
Required Identification
A valid government-issued photo ID and a matching credit card in the renter's name are required at pickup.
Boating Experience Requirements
Renters should have prior boating experience. A brief orientation is provided at launch.
Fuel Policy
Boats are provided with a full tank. You will only be charged for what is used.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 72+ hours in advance receive a full refund. Within 72 hours, deposits may be non-refundable.
Weather Policy
In the event of severe weather, we will reschedule or refund your rental. Light rain does not typically cancel a trip.
Late-Return Policy
Late returns are subject to an hourly fee.
Damage & Incidentals Policy
A security deposit hold is authorized at checkout via Booqable. Renters are responsible for damage beyond normal wear.
